In Act-3 of The Doll House, Nora confesses her forging of the letter to Torvald. Torvald then held no plan in helping her solve the problem. She then decided she was going to leave Torvald. This shocks him as he constantly begs her not to leave. She takes off her expensive dress as he tells Torvald to take care of the children to himself and then she leaves.

A Dolls House Act-2 Summary
In Act Two of The Doll House, The christmas celebration has passed as
Nora cleans the mess while dealing with the problem with the money. She
asks the nanny what will the children feel like if she left them
altogether. Mrs Linde believes that Dr. rank is responsible for her loan
problem but she denies it. Nora wants to help save Krogstad's job but
instead Torvald prefers Mrs. Linde takes her place. Nora finds that Krogstad
lent her money.she confesses that forged the signature so that torvald wont
be responsible if she left.

married a man for money to help her mom and children. When he mom died
and her kids were adults, she had a chance to make her own life but
her husband died without leaving money meaning that she has to work

A Very Brief Summary of A Dolls House (Spoiler-Free)
Henrik Ibsen was a norweigan playwright who was born in 1828
and died in 1906. He's Considered to be the father of modern
drama. He is well known for writing the play "A Dolls House".
A Dolls House is about Nora Helmer and her questioning her
foundations with everything and having her marriage being
put to the test.
